We’ve said it before but we’ll say it again; 2025 is an important year and this month highlights a unique configuration we’ve been heading toward for the last year. Over the last months, we’ve discussed several outer, slower-moving planets shifting into new signs. One shifting into a new sign is always a big deal. We’re talking about Pluto who lives in a single sign for up to 30 years, Neptune who lives in a single sign for up to 14 years and Uranus who lives in a single sign for up to 7 years. Compare this to the Moon who zips through every sign in a month and the Sun who does the same every year . . . you see?

Since the faster planets shift signs so much more often, they affect us on more personal levels. But when a planet that has lived in a single sign for the last 30 years, or 20, or even 10 years shifts signs, it tends to be a pretty big deal for the whole planet, affecting whole generations. Gradually over the last year Pluto, Neptune and Uranus have all shifted signs, then retrograded back, shifted forward . . . Throw in Saturn who shifts every 2.5 years and this month starts out with no less than three of our “generational” planets and one so-called Gatekeeper (Saturn) in 00 – 02 degrees of new signs, truly the dawn of a new era! This may also be unprecedented, though time to do so much research is not at hand. However, two different AI quests could not find another time like this in recent history. In the 1520s, four planets shifted signs over a period of 10 years when the Renaissance reached its peak in Europe. In the late 1800s three generational planets shifted signs over a four-year period during the period of Enlightenment. So, four all at the same time . . . unprecedented. While grand conjunctions or clusterings occur every few centuries, this 0°–2° pattern among multiple outer planets in a VERY compressed timeframe seems historically unmatched in the modern era. This is truly a unique generational doorway, a potential shift which we shall call, a cosmic reset.

But we’re not done. A few days into August, a fifth planet joins them, Mars. While Mars is a faster moving planet and will only stay in those low degrees for a few days, its high energy triggers a beautiful, Grand Trine with two of those outer planets while the other 2 station themselves in a particular point off of the Trine which creates what we call a Kite. Trines and Kites are beneficial energy. The fact that three of these five planets are also retrograde means positive energy especially for your spiritual journey. Now that’s the way to kick off a new Age.
