NOVEMBER 14: Metaphysical Professor and Author, Dr. Scott Olsen introduces archetypal symbols and motifs of Joseph Campbell’s Monomyth: The Hero’s Journey, the Story of Transformation. He discusses how the world’s mystery traditions and religions are all actuations of the Hero’s Journey. As he turns the zodiac upside down he will guide us through the Call, the Refusal, the Acceptance, Departure, Trial, Discovery and . . . Transformation. The goal is to make this mythology personal to one’s lifetime quest to undergo transformation of consciousness. Topics to intrigue: The Philosopher’s Stone, Holy Grail, Pearl of Great Price and tying it into the equinoxes and solstices of the year and of the zodiac.
